We only ship to mainland UK.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY (4-7 working days) - £3.95
Orders will be delivered within 4-7 working days on a Royal Mail tracked service. Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays, excludes the Channel Islands.
UK EXPRESS DELIVERY (2-4 working days) - £5.50
This service can be offered to most addresses in mainland UK.

Postal delays and lost parcels
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible, and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delay.
We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party delivery company, by you, or by some unforeseen event.
In the event that you do not receive your package, we will investigate. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or redelivery will take place.
Once the package has been located, we will either arrange for redelivery or replace the item if it was lost by the third-party delivery company.
We do not take responsibility for lost orders as a result of incorrect shipping information. If your item comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will charge to resend.
Returns
At Sew She Did, we understand that sometimes you need to return an item and we want to make this as easy as possible for you. We promise to refund any unused item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition, which means all tags attached, the same as the product arrived with you.
To arrange a return, please contact us using our contact form or email us at sewshediduk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact sewshediduk@gmail.com and include some images and a description of the issue.
Please note, that unless you are returning a faulty item, unwanted orders are returned at your own cost and our delivery charges are non-refundable. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage to protect your parcel should it be lost in transit, as we do not become responsible for your parcel until it makes it back to us.
Refunds will be issued to the payment method used when the order was placed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by a credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
